The owner checked the Vin with PD. I know previous owner who had it for years as well. Needs a lot of work for sure. By the way, this is actual old AMC dealership where it was filmed.

Is it a "Real" S/C, or a 69 Rambler with S/C parts put on it, that tail panel does not look right? Inquiring minds want to know.

It is real and verified by me down to the matching numbers behind the steering box, trunk shock plate, correct original vin and door tag rivets, 635 sun tach, factory correct ram air pieces and original hood scoop plus many more clues. It's as real as it gets.

@@alexgorelik8781that is good to know, the color, and lettering/emblem on the tail panel looked suspect, but if you verified it, then I believe.

The brackets were factory welded on the inside of the DS rail, I believe the PS was there it just had some undercoating over top of the holes. Not sure if he had the actual torque links because someone had put slapper bars on it at one time.

Think this is an imposter. Did not see they factory rear axle torque links. And the fender lips around the wheelwells are not don't know how to say what I want to say. The fender lips should be pounded in to allow for wide tire clearance from the factory. Think it is a run of the mill American nothing more. The vin tag should say special for the paint color.
