Wow! That is some serious attention to detail right there. None of the body panels line up, the doors don't close flush and smooth, and the grill and headlight covers are misaligned, just like the original. Some folks might be tempted to make everything perfect on an 80 thousand dollar restomod, but the people who restored this one remained true to the original design philosophy, where close enough was good enough. They even neglected to replace the trunk seal. Awesome. ;-)

Nice restomod! Used to deliver newspapers to a guy in the 1970's that always had a Cougar. They were great looking.

How much did this sell for?

It's unreal how these didn't sell at least the rate of the stang. I'm shocked, they didn't sell more. They're far cooler, but the masses who voted with the paychecks don't agree lol. I like everything but the two tone and the silly "5.8" badges....wheels are too big too. 14's or 15" max would be ok ;) I wonder what would have become of the cougar, had they kept it on the stang platform, rather than going to the t-birds and making it a big, ugly boat....We'll never know. It's a shame they didn't get the chance they deserved. Well, it's makes them all the more special today, so.

No problem! I just wanted to make sure it didnt go out at another point in the video! Yeah the headlights have that trim on them and at a certain angle it blocks the whole light!

Love your videos but for the life of me I'll never understand why you show the test drive on such crappy roads. Dude find some nice smooth pavement and open her up!
