After a decade of Series ownership, I can tell you it does get easier over time... unpleasant things to work on but well worth the effort for all the adventures to be enjoyed!

That frustration you feel working on your car, having to leave it until the next day. I know it well. But when it comes together, and you get to drive it again, it's the best feeling..

Watching with interest: Last weekend I did exactly what you show here ( But mine is a Truck Cab Series 2 mostly) so didnt fight with a roof. Had Exactly the same Battle with floor and seat boxes. Got my S2 Box out in about 4 hours. ( No Crane) ....

Just found your channel and subscribed. Last October, I bought a 1966 88” S2A. It was still being used on a cattle ranch here in central California. It’s rust free but needs a lot of TLC. It has been fitted with a Fairey overdrive. I dread the day I have to pull the gearbox. I have been told it is easier to pull the engine to do a clutch than to pull the gear box. I completely understand the frustration factor . Sometimes you just have to walk away and come back later. Best wishes. We’re in the same boat.👌
