I had never seen 1963 Le Mans with sound, it's like a live broadcast, superb. So you added sound, you did a wonderful job. Congrats.
Those fotographers laid down in the grass next to the main straight! Crazy days!

@@bystander1489 for sure they were great days, the races were compelling and fought... But, honestly, laying down in the grass just a few centimeters (not Even mettes!) From cars running more than 200 km/h Is simply crazy... That really shows how much has the world changed since...

Those were the real race cars and this was real racing. To me vintage racing footage is great to watch and being a model car builder myself I just love the older period of motor racing. It's so nostalgic!

Crazy to think, there is easily over 200 million dollars worth of cars in todays money, being driven like a 95 Miata on a track day.
i guess it was black and white at first? what prosess and programs did you use? i upscaled the 1965 lemans and it turned out meh. took 266 gigs and 24h to calculate. i used gigapixel, flowframes and deoldify i think. But this turned out AMAZING!! Great work!! I really want to know your coloring prosses!

Thanks for watching! Actually this footage was filmed in color (as you can see in kzread.info/dash/bejne/o5-iy8SNZdjIYLQ.html & kzread.info/dash/bejne/aWynrs2Al9jKqpc.html ) I just upscaled it to 60fps, adjusted colors and added sound.
