Older cars 30's 40's use a bigger button say 5/8 muscle cars 1/2 inch . Really depends on what your working on .A button press usually comes with a variety of sizes.

Depends on many things. On average between $2000 and $3000 give or take . Plus the foam is probably in need of attention . Price varies on who you go to . Shop around

Depends on where you take it . How long they are going to keep it ? But you can shop around .anywhere from $1500 to $3000 .give or take . How is the foam under it ? that will add to the cost .
