Well-kept, refurbished 1962 Ford Falcon Sedan. Repainted in the original Peacock Blue about ten years ago. The interior has also been refurbished with a Black and Gray patterned cloth and vinyl treatment. The car is believed to have been sold new in California and comes with original CA Black plates.
The Falcon is believed to have spent most of its life in CA and was treated to a single sympathetic repaint in the original Peacock Blue. Presents in great condition inside and out, starts nicely, and runs well.
Please see the gallery for detailed imaging of the paint, trim, glass, chrome, interior, engine bay, etc.Purchased from a local enthusiast who purchased the car to enjoy with his father. The car was used for local trips in fair weather and in some local events. This example is believed to be all stock with no modifications and is powered by it's original 144ci Inline 6-Cylinder mated to a 3-Speed "On-the-tree" manual transmission.
The sale includes: some recent records, two plaques, original CA Black plates, spare and jack, car cover, extra hubcaps, and some other spares.

GORGEOUS !!
Had one. It was a lot of fun to drive. Great gas mileage and was excellent with my girl at the drive-ins.

SWEET
Thanks for sharing. Brought back memories of my first car. My 62 had backup lights. Otherwise it was exactly the same. Fun stuff

Thanks for sharing your experiences - they don't make them like they used to!
What a charming little car
With a 144 and a three on the tree as I recall if you got it to 50mph there wasn't much more after that, but they were great reliable cars and people bought a whole lot of them back then. Nice example.

a Robert MC Namara limousine at it's best. these were great little cars for their time. my grandparents had a 1960 and 1962 falcon. they loved those little cars.
@PerformanceAutoGallery will you take $10k and throw in some 3 on the Tree lessons?

3 on a tree. i learned to drive 3 on the tree in my employer's truck in 1973. no i didn't grind up gears or burn a clutch up during my learning curve. i could drive a 3 on the tree today in my sleep like riding a bicycle. you never forget that.
