Other features: Precision-balanced assembly, independent operating mechanism for each valve, forged steel crankshaft, aluminum main bearings, full pressure lubrication system, full-flow oil filter, automatic choke, 12-volt electrical system, 30-amp generator, and full dual exhaust
The 1962 Corvette also had a quarter-mile time of 15.0 seconds and a top speed of 95 miles per hour. General Motors built 14,531 1962 Corvettes, making it the most popular model year for the first-generation C1 Corvette

Those great finds somehow come when you just are not looking for a thing. Try to find something, and you just can't. Corvettes at Carslie for the win!!!
Wow, what a awesome find, Mr. & Mrs. Jeff

@dennisung8658 good point, could be an alterior motive 😉
Love this style as well as the 64 thru 67 but at 6'4" it's not practical

At 6' 4" it's a tough fit for many cars of the era. However, try your fit on an MGB, they have amazing leg room compared to Corvettes and domestic "pony cars" of the 60's and especially compared to the MGAs. Thanks for the interest!
