This Impala is finished in triple black with all of the stock trim, rear fender skirts, & a black cloth top! Under the hood sits a 348ci V8 with a Edelbrock carburetor, Offenhauser valve covers, & aluminum radiator! Power is sent to the rear wheels through a automatic transmission and the stock rear end! This Impala is also fitted with lots of modern performance upgrades such as 4W power disc brakes, power steering, & American Classic white wall radial tires!
The interior of this Impala is beautifully done! This convertible features a fully restored, stock interior with front split bench seat! On the dash is stock gauges, aftermarket stereo, & column shifter. In the trunk is an amp for the fully custom sound system! Keeping this Impala cool is Vintage Air AC, & a power top! Twas my Dad's car when I was born, so I spent my first few years in that back seat, sometimes up on the speaker platform, what a car, oh to be a child again, being driven to the World's Fair, to the beach and to the City when the traffic was half what it is now. Nostalgia is strong. That car is pretty.
I personally think this probably the most beautiful and unique car Chevrolet made, since this body style only one year, being old school the curves the chrome ❤

9755 I agree with your comments on the 1958 Restored Impala, one of the most beautiful Classic Cars I have ever seen. Your point that this Body style of Chevy was only made one year and that makes it even more valuable. When Chevrolet only made this body style one year they made a big mistake. The Soft Round corners on the body design make this car stand out, a real beauty.

Gorgeous car... Great restoration... Have always wanted something like this especially with resto-mods like rack and pinion steering, disc brakes, etc... My problem is that I wouldn't know what to do with it if I had it... Too perfect to drive... Too conspicuous to drive around town... Would take up one garage parking space... Couldn't park it or leave it anywhere...Tell me...
