this is a piece of history that needs to be respected. I hope there are more peelle escalators/motor stairs that are still around

I found some at Fairplex Pomona but they were turned off and blocked.

It is assumed that the top floor always have the least traffic (people are less willing to travel upwards). It's a rather common design in specialized malls.
