Have to respect the old boys. Real craftsman and skill that is rarely developed in the modern age. And probably the best hybrid iv seen. Thanks Scottie.

George won three awards this weekend at the "All Ford Nationals" in Carlisle, PA with the 56!
Don't get me wrong, I think this thing is a masterpiece. I especially love the '07 interior.
As a former owner and lover of the 56 Ford I have to say that is the coolest/badassyist Victoria I have ever seen. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. Nothing. Outstanding concept and workmanship.

Scottie, how does open the door on this car if the windows are up and he can't reach inside? Does he use a remote? If that fails,he is screwed.

No problem...I agree this one was done right...thanks for checking it out!
I absolutely love this build. The only thing I’d probably do different is if I had the time or resources, I’d make the dash blend in with the interior a little bit more. Like still have all the modern amenities but just have them styled like they were from the 50s. But that’s gonna be a lot of fab work.
Love this time.... yesterday I seen a 58 Ford, a 68 GTO, a 70's Nova, and on the way home I seen a 67 Chevelle.... yesterday was a good day!
I know right!??!...very nice build!...thanks for checking it out here!

Yes Scottie I agree with you, I have been a 50s 60s Ford nut for a long time and have to get my head around a hybrid , I do like this car & respect this guy for what he has done it's just my opinion, these Fords were Y block powered and to me this motor suited the car they would run along at 80 mph no problem, at 100mph (down Hill) they started to get a bit floaty and light in the steering . maybe this guy has done something to stop this, the 57 to 59 Ford seemed a lot better at high speed, I love these cars, I left school in 66 and rode motorcycles only until a mate of my older brother had a 55 Ford he wanted to sell ,this was an old car by then but he said I could have it for 50 dollars, I had driven my dads Chevrolet's and friends pommy cars(English) but this car had it all over them even latter cars, so this was the start of my life long addiction of this era of US cars, I am Aussie 62 still drive them.at the moment it's a 63 Fairlane sports coupe...

That chrome came on a Ford as well. You could even get it on a 54 special order. My Dad bought all 3 years new 54, 55.and 56. All with that chrome.
WOW !! Beautiful car. Was the door trim from the Mercury line or was it an option for the Crown Vic ??

My Dad had a 55 and 56 with the same chrome. He bought them both new.
Really nice. I would have kept the 56 dash and not kept it so factory stock under the hood. A little bling under the hood but it's a very nicely done car. Love that paint.
