For various details I believe it is a 1951 Fleetwood. About 65 years ago, my father had a 1953 Fleetwood. The air filter was much larger because on the 1953 and 1952 the carburettor was four barrels. The engine we see on video has a two-barrel carburettor, and was used in 1951.
The 1953 Cadillac has a ONE PIECE REAR WINDOW AND THE FOG LIGHTS ARE UNDER THE HEADLIGHTS. THE VEHICLE SHOWN IS A 1952 UNIT. I have a 1953 with factory fog lights.

This is a 1951 or '52. The two "bullets" on either side of the front bumper are too small to be a '53.
Sorry is a 51 not 53
... The paint color(s) are pretty ... but I don't like the interior .... In other words, had I the money, I would NOT buy this car.
