With the tachometer cut below 400 rpm, I joked about whether it was an agricultural oil engine RG 250 gamma or a TZR rear exhaust. This is an engine that shows the state of the agricultural oil engine industry in the 1950s when major manufacturers dominated. I think they tried to differentiate themselves from other manufacturers as much as possible to promote sales.

This Engine is not my thing. I observed this engine at 2015 Kochi-Miyanomae engine show.
400rpm以下の目盛をカットしたタコメーターと共に、目指したのは農業用石油発動機界のRG250γか、それともTZR後方排気か…という訳ではありませんが、大手メーカーが席巻していた昭和30年代の石油発動機業界の様相が垣間見えるような発動機です。少しでも他メーカーと差別化を図り、販売促進に繋げようとしたのではないかと思われます。
