My realatives ( Master Balwant Singh was alloted land at Saidpur- Sawara near Kharar in 1947, who came from Layallpur ) Very rich land , simple , honest people ( This region of Punjab is known as Puadh , District Ambala) , mangos 🥭 trees all over , present Mohali/ Chandigarh very close , “ tikka “ family ie; rich farmers from Kumbra- Sohana close by also well known poet Bhagat Assa- Ram . It was. Heavenly area before 1947 ( no more now) and it’s beauty is described by present writer of this region in his books ( Rang Puadh kay) and his name is Manmohan Singh “ Daon “ , his Village sucked by Chandigarh.
