Nice job, but you just cover the country music scene of 1941 without Roy Acuff. He was only the biggest country music star in the early 1940s.

Roy Acuff is an icon and of course many stars that came during and after Roy owe their careers to him. We focus on what the music charts say is the biggest hits of the year and Roy started releasing more singles and albums later, but that is why there is less focus on him in the early 40's on CMTM. Not because he is not a legend, he is most definitely a legend.
