Favorite dance of beat saber of all time

So now I am wondering....how does one cast from Quest from this "perspective:? I am guessing there is a green "screen" all around the player where the game enviroment is visualised, then there is the web cam or a regular camera to get a video from the real world...I get that part. But the perspective on the greenscreen is different than when viewed from the players perspective....how come? Can someone point me to some resource about this? It is really cool looking.
