Hope you don't mind a little criticism on your video set-up. The way it is set up now, everyone is looking away from each other, to the extreme right and left of the screens, for no reason at all. Move Joey to the left, and the other 2 boxes to the right, and this shit looks a lot better, more natural. Everyone will then be facing the middle, and talking TO each other, not away from each other. No reason to have the awkward look you have now, when you can flip the sides and make it look as it should.
