Can the client sue you for not meeting their expectations? . How do you sign a client i mean a contract with client ie 10% on sign up etc ? For UGC you need to have products, i think she is using cloths/apparel and making content out of it with multiple freelancers

It's not so hard. But if you are a beginner then I will recommend to start doing smm for yourself. Once you know some basic atleast then go with any internship. After that you can start your own freelancing journey. Or you can skip internship.
