I had stage 3 breast cancer at 28. People who do this make me sick....my go fund me raised about $1200...I had the port. I did 6 months of chemo 30 rounds of radiation and countless surgeries. I became a single mom half way through my chemo because my fiance couldn't handle it and started spending all our money on drugs. My youngest child was 10 months when I was diagnosed. I had a shaved head for his 1st birthday. I'm thankful to still be here and try my best to live my life well. I still deal with a lot of side effects from the treatments. Radiation leaves a lot of tender areas, especially in my ribs. My brain doesn't function as quickly as it used to, and I often lose my train of thought. She should have to visit actual cancer patients to see the people she hurt in what she did.

My father died from a violent brain tumor that he could have done nothing to prevent or treat. Recently, my boss faked having cancer and kept bragging about how he is the poster child for looking after his health, how he didn't need much treatment because he caught it early (actually it was because he NEVER had cancer). The amount of seething anger it has caused me is insurmountable. I know I should not let it affect me but I can't not. It is one of the most sick and twisted things someone could do.

Mines passed from ovarian cancer, I was 13 when she passed but i also watched her fight for 2.5 years. I wish I can get her back.

Lost my dad to pancreatic cancer in 2021… one of the worst, aggressive and terminal cancers out there. Hope she learns her lesson and that she never gets this disease later in life. 😔

As a cancer survivor I am appalled by this shame on her. She has no idea what it’s like to go through treatment for this disease . Wouldn’t wish it on anybody.😢

The same here. I am a two time cancer survivor and to go through chemotherapy treatments, prescription medications, which ALL of them makes you sick because of the side affects of chemo and the medications. Made me confused. tired, in a lot of pain, etc. Some people really don’t know what it’s like to go through having cancer and the treatments. SMH

Exactly, I lost my mother to cancer. And seeing the pain she had to endure is nothing to play with, not being able to see her for periods of time, she would often forget who we were because she was so doped up and disoriented, like bruh I was only 10 seeing the main person in my world just slowly sink. The thing is when GoFundMe processes refunds; that's money coming out their bank account, not the scammer. She still stole money from donors, and since they were refunded; the victim is now GoFundMe. GoFundMe should sue her for everything she has left. I also hope the court orders her to visit hospitalized cancer patients to witness what they go through everyday.

For someone who was supposed to be so sick, she had a lot of energy and looked pretty darn good. This young lady has just made her future really difficult. This is so sickening. 😢

Wow that is deplorable. For those of us that have lost loved ones and family to cancer. It always ends up ruining it for everyone. One rotten apple spoils the barrel.

My mom passed away from stage 4 ovarian. For an year, it was the hell on earth with the ordeal. The pain they go through is unbelievable. To think of something despicable like looting money from hard working people. Pathetic.

That's the bad thing. You never know who to belive anymore, drawing attention from people who actually need the help. I'm glad she was charged.

I lost my dad to leukemia on 02/23/21 after he entered the hospital to start chemotherapy. He died 3 1/2 weeks later. It really is upsetting to see someone fake cancer or any other major medical issues. I don’t have cancer but I do have other medical issues and I have a central line in my chest. I’ve come close to dying thanks to my condition. Thankfully she has now been exposed. I guess she figured she could use a ton of tape to make a port look “real”.

I had brain surgery at 17 - I cannot begin to explain the hardship of relearning how to do everything you already knew you could do before. This is disgustingly pathetic, to fake any illness is very, very low.

Disgusting. Both my maternal grandparents died from cancer; him from brain cancer in 1998 and her from stomach cancer in 2011. How anyone can fake this, let alone scam people out of their money and time is beyond the pale.

That’s sad, you can’t let a bad apple ruin the bunch. You always have to expect better after facing the worst, like everything else in life.

I’m a young widow, I lost my husband of 15 years to cancer and this just makes me sick. We found out and he died 12 months later leaving me a single mum of 10, 9 and 3 week old. We certainly didn’t have time to take pics and create go fund me pages, though I wish I had, the struggles during and afterwards is real. I have a friend who has cancer and is in need. I wish the judge would make her go to a cancer hospital for a few years and open her eyes on what kind of blessing she has and the people who really need help.

I have lymphoma, I went through 6 cycles of one chemo combo and 2 of another, tumor still there. I had a stem cell transplant late August, tumor still there Oct 3. I have another scan on the 30th. I live every day afraid because I don't want to leave my mother, a senior, behind. This is what real cancer sufferers deal with, scammers make my blood boil so much. It feels like they're using my struggle to make money.

Got diagnosed with end-stage cancer 3 months ago. Going through chemotherapy now. Sometimes it’s hard and painful to get out of bed,get dressed etc. I couldn’t wish this on anyone because you don’t get to do things you used to do or enjoy food you used to love because of nausea/no appetite. Despite all that I have to go to work to pay bills. I pray she doesn’t get cancer she’s craving for because it’s not a joke.

Cancer patient here as well. I have leukemia and with the medication I am taking no way I look this good. Lost a lot of hair. Lost 40 pounds. I am still working 40 hours per week. It’s just despicable that people do this. I hope she gets minimum 10 years. And you take care and keep fighting 👌👌👌

My grandma is recovering from cancer while, at the same time, going through grief over my grandpa's death. Seeing scammers steal from those who just want to help vulnerable people makes me saddened at how low they'll go just to fill their greedy pockets.

Should have not even made it on the news, very low for going after 19 year olds.

I also remembered that my cousin had a cancer, when I was in a college. My cousin was so young and beautiful, she had gotten cancer and within 6 months, she died. I saw her , she was dying everyday. Still I missed her and love her.

She sure has nice head of hair and looks mighty healthy for someone who supposedly has cancer and is doing chemo.

I will say tho that it doesn’t always mean your hair will fall out. My grandma had stomach cancer and beat that through chemo and the only thing that happened to her hair was just a little bit of thinning, not even noticeable to anyone but maybe us because she said it was thinning. She bought a wig and everything in anticipation of it falling out but it never did.

@@jaquelin1887 They provide "Cooling Caps" now to help save your hair. It is like a swim cap but hooked up to a machine that keeps your head cool, while trying to save the hair follicles. It works about 50/50

My mom was saved from a intestinal cancer just recently, her recovery process is something that I don't wish upon my worst enemy. However I do wish to see this lady passing through it just for her to feel and understand that she really crossed a line here.

As someone who lost their aunt to pancreatic cancer and they found it so late the doctors said there was nothing they could do There’s a special place in hell for this woman

My mom is currently going through stage 3 breast cancer and it's hard for us to afford her chemo. She still have 9 cycles excluding the radiation therapy. Us living in a third world country with low income makes us struggle a lot. I hope this girl realizes the hardships of people with real needs.

Why would someone do this? Do they not realize eventually the gig will be up and people will realize the scam? I can't understand these actions.

I have leukemia at 17 havent received a dollar off of it, I am disgusted with this young womans actions. She deserves everything that comes to her.

Throw the book at her! She should be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law! I had family members and relatives who have died from cancer, so I know how devastating it can be! And for her to make a mockery of it is infuriating! I don’t wish harm on anyone, but if anyone should get cancer it should be …….! Forgive me Lord! ☮️🖖🏽

This is so Embarrassed faking herself had cancer .

As a mom to a child with Leukemia.. this infuriates me beyond belief! How could you do that to not only those innocent people who donated, but put your family through that as well! There is NOTHING compared to losing a child, absolutely nothing. This is so sickening 😢

This is sad, but I will still donate if my heart inclines me to. Don’t let greedy people ruin it for others in need.

I donate if I know the person or if I see the story on the news. Last time was for a family in which a child and her father died in a house fire. If I can, I’ll always try to give a bit.

I don't donate anymore. Even stories on the news aren't real like the one word the boy lied and said the neighbor said him on fire when they found it on the ring camera that he didn't set him on fire. That family made tons of money on GoFundMe and their story was also on the news

My husband would be celebrating his 72nd birthday today had he not died from pancreatic cancer. We never asked for help. However, we were blessed with incredible friends and family who supported us. This entity is despicable. I hope she not only goes to jail but is required to reimburse the caring people deceived by her deliberate and calculating decision to take advantage of good people. Contemptible, IMO.

I’m happy that she looks 10 years older than she really is

At a young age already scamming faking illness just to get a quick buck, while the money could have gone to help real cancer patients. You know how this person will be like in the next decade or half.

I am glad she got caught and money was refunded to people who were fooled.

One of the students in my medical school also did this. Faked seizures and such all the time due her cancer. Had a blog and received gifts and such from people. Wanted to be an oncologist. Luckily she was discovered and essentially kicked out…

My mother has a problem with her spine and she has never been able to walk properly for about 8 years now and it is expensive to get her treatment. I have never thought of doing a go fundme page for her since I know people work hard for their living. It is a shame that these type of people would fake their way to steal people's had earn living. God has help my mom and I through difficult times. I hope to help my mom walk again this year. Sorry for my English and I hope you all the best!

It makes me so angry when some fakes their cancer like that. My dad died from cancer in 2009 and when I see cancer patients, it breaks my heart to see them go through that. Especially children going through cancer. That women deserves to be behind bars for what she did.

This made me so so angry why would someone even fake something like this do they realize there’s a lot of people who’s actually battling with cancer.😡😡😡

WOW, I have lost many family and friends to this awful disease. I am beyond disgusted hopefully she gets what is coming to her

Cancer treatment for multiple diagnosis that would require major aggressive treatment, yet zero hair loss or visible signs of weight loss is a huge red flag

My mother is CURRENTLY battling Pancreatic Cancer and nobody gives her a dime. This woman should be ashamed... It's people like HER that make it so people like my mom can't get help when they need it.

Wow! That’s really sad. My daughter actually does have pancreatic cancer. My granddaughter started a gofundme account to try and help her with medical expenses and only a few people have donated. My daughter works two jobs but still struggles to make ends meet. It’s a shame that people like this take advantage 😢

My dad’s cancer actually just returned and it angers me that this young woman would fake having a life threatening illness with no cure for money.

Typical scam when a person says that they have an illness like that one who said she had cancer

“Not only is there often a right and wrong, but what goes around does come around. Karma exists.”

There is a special place in hell for someone who fakes having cancer.
