Her name is Matcha Kobayashi, she is usually paired alongside Azuki Masaoka as they're a pairing from what's called "Project 575" they even had a small anime which had 5 minute episodes.

CeVIO is another voice synth program, much like VOCALOID and UTAU. It produces more realistic sounding voicebanks. (You have to buy it, so it isn't free like UTAU.) For example, IA has a sister who is a CeVIO and not a VOCALOID, her name is "ONE" and she can only be used with the CeVIO software. In this video, I used a male CeVIO voicebank, he sings alongside Luka near the beginning.

sILver cREscent CeVIO is another synth programme similar to VOCALOID. It has its own few voicebanks released, the likes of ONE (IA's sister) and Akisaki Minato (a male used in this video who first features singing alongside Luka) as just a couple of examples. They're voicebanks that are not compatible with the VOCALOID editor and can only be used on CeVIO. Currently it only comes in Japanese so has no English translations; meaning unless you're fluent in Japanese, trying to use the CeVIO program here in the West would be challenging to say the least, which is a shame. I'd get CeVIO in a heartbeat just for ONE if it was in English. It also isn't free like UTAU is, so you have to pay for it. But if you search up CeVIO, you'll find it mentioned in many Vocaloid based forums or just find its wiki page where it will give you all the information you need to know. Search some of the CeVIO singers/voicebanks as well on KZread. They're fantastic quality and very life-like. Though not all of the illustrations/box art are too amazing. CeVIO is also very good to use for "talking" and normal speech.

Suzie Shrimp Well that would be down to each person making their covers. I simply put them together, I don't touch their audio or tuning unless I'm toning down volume. I just use what I've got to work with.

That's not the best cover of Kaito on this song. there are 2 covers of him ( one with Meiko as back-up - kzread.info/dash/bejne/nHVlxsySkqnHqKQ.html, the other are his V3 banks + Luka - kzread.info/dash/bejne/n6Oes7Ohmrq0dcY.html) that are really good!
