19 Favorite Hidden Gems

After 34 states and over 300 craft breweries, we dug in a whittled down the list to our top 19 "Hidden Gems." (Well, 20 if you include Ludlam Island LOL.)
These breweries each deliver superb beer and a great experience, but they might be on the smaller side, off the beaten track or just don't get a whole lot of national publicity.
It wasn't easy, but here they are - in alphabetical order, of course. We could have ranked them, but that would have been even harder than choosing them!
Enjoy!

Love the channel! My wife and I just went to Burlington Vermont and went to some breweries you both reviewed. Thanks for sharing.

Commenting right when you started with Adroit. Such solid, heavy, boozy stouts and pretty great IPAs too. Way out in the middle of nowhere but still close enough to DC area

@@thebrewerylovers1627 I need to ask, what does "right down the middle" mean to you? You say it A LOT in your videos and I take it that it means above average, but I think "just average" by default.

@@miketowns Hey, Mike - very good question. By 'right down the middle' we mean 'by the book.' The Book, in this case, the BJCP style guide - what beer judges use to study styles and variations. So, when we said, about Triple Bottom in Philly, for example - 'you have a Czech Pilsner here and it tastes like a Czech Pilsner,' that's the spirit of our 'right down the middle' assessment. IOW the beer needs to be not just good, but -correct-. Thanks for the comment.
