»I only got that president appoints pro tem &take oath under him also »firstly a list going to ministry, then to pm, then to ministry, then president, then 3+1 members who appoints as protem and sub protems and others of members, then the protem taking oath under president, and sub protems taking oath under president, protem, &other members »it is not mention in constitution, while it is in hand book »17th end, &session 18th start
