180g Planted Discus Update

May update of 180g and Discus grow out tank
Added some tunze power heads 6015 not 6020 (sorry) to add flow behind the rocks as well as peacock gudgeons, Apistogramma Hongsloi, and Macmasteri.

    Wow this tank is perfect, if I could design a tank it would be exactly like this also but tough to get the manzanita in the UK. Look forward to seeing the discus in here!

    Raja Sokhey I got it from a pool place. It's pool filter sand.

    Yamil Rosario its 6'x2'x2' but I now am wanting a 8ft tank but that's how life is u want something bigger and better always. I'm very happy with it tho can't wait for discus to go in. Thanks

    What temperature are u setting the tank at? Just curious because I have similar plants including buce and I wanna add discus in at 83-84F

    Huy Lu right now I have it at 78-80 and will rise it to 83-85 slowly about a mount before I add the discus. I am letting the Bruce and moss get a good head start

    Ah nice :) I just increased my tank to 84F with buce in it and its working well so far. Good luck with your tank! I'll be following to see

    hed420 hey cuz don't think so cause it's normally green and covers everything like a blanket. can't seem to find any info online about it.

    My salt water tank would usually get the red colored cyano bacteria and my fresh water tanks would get the green type but if you look at these google pics you could see that some fresh water aquarium have the red type.
