This is definitely me, I am glad that I am a Sigma male, especially in dealing with my anger.

I have excommunicated, rather ruthlessly, several people from my life simply because my patience and understanding with them were simply and overwhelmingly exhausted. There are only so many second chances I’m going to provide before I finally get fed up and tell them to GTFO of my life.

I usually use my silence when upset never been charismatic but my actions speak louder for me. No shame walking away but I use the time by myself to thinking about solutions and additional actions to remove myself from any confrontation. Currently no contact with one side of the family mostly due to gossiping behavior my words and actions turned against me what I view as a personal attack on my character I choose not to fuel their behavior and withdraw silently

I’ve a question- as a sigma female who was in a relationship with what I now know as a sigma male, do you retreat and realize “wow I may have been wrong and over reacted..” and then come back and apologize or is that above you male sigmas? What about retreating and not talking? Isn’t that considered stonewalling? Yea I sound bitter… 😊 BUT I do understand the need to isolate and get the emotions back in order... Blessings to all my Sigma males. I’ve much love for you! ❤

They tell the truth without emotions for others and it is done with no filter, one truth outweighs a thousand lies

Sigmas get all their facts together after putting up with disrespectful sneaky people and report them to the general manager as a complaint! Then he's ready to take it to them if the harassment doesn't stop.

Be aware yea this is how we are with most people. Except when we’re dealing with snakes. Narcissists etc. you can’t with them they get bitter twisted spiteful ad nasty but childish in a horrible intelligent adult. It’s counter productive to what we want to achieve even though it’s our normal way of dealing with people I found I had to adapt a different strategy
