I was following along just fine but I have no idea what you did after you cut what you fragmented. The image disappears and the reappears when you paste it back looking like a triangle. Timeframe is between 2:23 - 2:25.

I selected only the middle triangle shapes and cut them..Later i select remaining unnecessary shapes and delete them..Finally i paste the triangle shapes which i had cut before...

Merge shapes options are available in office 2013 and later versions.. I suggest you to upgrade your office version.

Merge shapes options are available only in office 2016 and later versions..These options will not be available if you are using older version than 2016.

You go much too fast. Without voice there are some things you do that a novice can't duplicate because you provide no clear example. This is just for the very experience. Why don't you provide a voice explanation?

These are the steps after you fragment all shapes. 1. Select the shapes which are actually needed and CUT them. 2. Select all other remaining shapes and delete them. 3. Now the paste back the shapes which you had CUT in step-1. Hope it helps.
