I really liked the grave by Krasnostav Airfield. I always ran across the marker with the UN Helmet and never knew what it resembled until now. Thanks! Love the content man!

Hey RavPlays, there's two graves, with one cross* for two of our fallen members northeast of Tisy behind a large barn that's settled into a treeline. A little south of the church above Tisy. Graves are at the back of the barn with two benches. The graves seem to randomly spawn stones, we're not sure why. Our group with 4 members, The Ghosts 👻 went to meet up for the first time IRL. Two of our members lived closer together, so they met up for the first time and drove the one car to join us at a steak house. My friend Rich and I lived kinda close as well, so we met up for the first time, and took my car to where we were all meeting up. Rich and I arrived a couple hours later awaiting our other two members but they never came. We waited a few hours, but they never showed, and our calls weren't being answered. We eventually had to call it, and head home without seeing our friends. We figured at most, that maybe their vehicle had broken down. We unfortunately learned a day later that while Robert and Chap were headed to meet us, a drunk driver struck their vehicle, and they were killed. The drunk driver died about a week later. We were told our friends died instantly. The devs added the memorial for them both at our old base where we all met in-game, and held down a base for over a year. We called it the barn base for obvious reasons. Lol They're buried out back forever, and it'll always be our DayZ home. RIP Bobby & Chap - the most solid white armband members we ever had!

@@RavPlays Feel free to share their story. It's been some time now. Maybe there's something to the site spawning small stones, we're not sure. As far as we know, only train tracks and trails are supposed to spawn them. The devs knew our server, and we thought initially that maybe they left stones on the graves personally, and we had arrived afterwards, but over time, as we'd go pay them a visit, we kept seeing more and more. The act of leaving stones on grave sites is rooted in ancient times and throughout the centuries the tradition of leaving a visitation stone has become part of the act of remembrance. It's a symbolic gesture - a way for the visitor to say to the loved one, “I remember you.” Anyhow, thanks mate!

It would be cool if they added a secret bunker system to Chernarus and/or Livonia next update and leave it to the community to find where it is and how to access it. I also think bunkers or certain stages of bunkers should be filled with zombies to present a difficult PvE challenge that would mean guns would have a place for killing zombies in the game. Edit: This aged well!

I consider this an Easter egg, just west of Polana on Livonia is a place called Jezurow and just a little west, down the road past Jezurow is a dirt road, you'll go down that dirt road and right before it turns you'll take a slight left into the woods and there's the smallest tree I've ever seen. The tree is the size of an in-game hand

A lot of the Stone formations are prehistoric Clocks if you spend all day by them they tell the time letting you know sunrise sunset as far as the singular one I thought it was a prehistoric compass, but hadn't been able to confirm that, but some of the circles are huge clocks

@@winstonchurchill5731 they have lined up Stonehenge with all kinds of wild stuff, sun, stars, etc. It does a tone of things. Pretty wild. BUt if you think about it, back on those days, people had no distractions from life and nature. They would probably lay out on warm nights and just star at the sky wondering, then started seeing parterns, then probably thought, "we could put some sticks right there, and mark this stuff, then maybe they did rocks. Idk, just my two cents. Cool thoughts never the lkess

Several players on my server and myself have been hearing occasional explosions on the west side Chernarus since 1.18 was released. Most recently I heard it when I was just south of the dam. As far as I've been able to tell they are not helicopter crashes or gas strikes. So maybe that could be the easter egg Sumrak was talking about?🤔

Yea I've heard them too, about every 40 minutes give it take. But I've been on the western edge of the map where The Nothing meets the maps border and, the explosions come from further northwest of The Nothing. I would have to guess it's artillery from outside of the borders of Chenauris

​@@yungboysoap7498 That makes sense actually. by default the dynamic gas zones respawn every 35 minutes so that does sound about right. right around the time i heard that boom in the distance a gas zone spawned not to far from me.

It’s funny I don’t actually watch videos like this to find places to put my loot I watch them because everyone and their mother uses these spots after someone posts it and I’ll just go check them and most of the time and I usually find stuff 😂

When I first played Livonia and saw the raised concrete man holes I was super geeked at the idea of being able to open and explore the tunnels. Sadly, they are only decorative. I hope the devs will update the game and maps to support a true tunnel system.

In an earlier version of Dayz there was a huge cave in the North West of Chernarus.

I was just at Kransno and the olive house right before I watched this video that’s wild lol. That grave sites been there for a long time it’s wild to think how long ago 1.13 was compared to the other updates we’ve gotten. An that olive house is actually a great house for loot it seems to spawn hunting gear like the cabins do.

We need an underground area that is dark! Needs a light or night vision to go down also it needs to go on all around the map.. Another amazing idea that would change the game forever a working train that travels the whole map! 🙏🏻🤞🏻

The first Archaeological site you showed in Livonia looks like a ancient clock with 12 stones around the outside and one in the middle

Another great vid. Crazy the amount of lore in this game! Gz on being so close to 70k. I think you could make a great video on tips for solo raiding. I’ve seen you use some cool techniques to raid and make your way into bases and would be interested to see what other solo raiding/ movement knowledge you have. Cheers

Pro tip: Gates are less effective when built on the second floor of a house. The frame will stick through the ceiling, and can be hit from the floor below. You thus need 50% less ammo to breach second floor gates.

The "bus station marker" is indeed for a player named Ryan. RIP to Ryan. This was his favorite spot.

The stones at min 4:20, ive seen those irl since ive been in a russian village for some time, the back story for the ones i did visit arround the forest on this village comes to a religious way to represent churches or praying kind of, so me and my friend ended up meeting the man who lived isolated on the village, he told us those were rocks and bolds hed dig up from old locations of churchs or something like that and hed balance the rocks on top of eachother really well so they dont fall even with huge wind etc, after this weird explanation he invited us to his house and showed us his old albums and how he traveled to this famous church and talked about good vibes of god , then he proceeded to show us some symbols related to the good vibes and gave us some stickers of theese symbols and pretty much thats it , he is happy with his life , just some friendly welcoming guy doing his thing

Whenever I come across a grave on dayz I always stop by and drop some loot.

Love the video, we have a hidden place where we built our place and I tried to find it in all of KZreads Dayz Videos and couldn't find it at all. Been playing for years and now and every update and server wipes we always go back to that place and never get raided. Still waiting for youtubers to find it. 😀

I wish they would add a weather/ seasons into the game. That would be pretty cool

If I pass away I would like my grave to be at the police station right in front of the Pavlova radiation zone The zones to make me so happy that’s where I would want my final resting place

@@ottiej.914 oh damn yea that place is scary looking and it has a lot more zombies then you would expect. It use to be a really laggy area back before the big stability update last year. So it kinda had a Bermuda Triangle kinda feel to it lol

I was reading about that memorial today. It was for Jen, known as Poisonantler, who sadly passed away in 2018. The dev Sumrak tweeted about it confirming the location.

little bit north , east across the feild Bielawa (Livinoa ) There is a giant skeleton in the woods, could be a cow or some sort of animal . I stumbled across it awhile ago so i dont remember the exact location but its in that area.

I wish rhymes would just finish all the insides of the buildings. Open up all the doors with the bars on them. To be honest there really aren’t that many types of building models in the game so I can’t see this as being a monumental task. I’m just tired of seeing rooms that are so small and should be accessible, not. And having a wonky bar across them

the devs have stated that they wont be adding onto existing buildings since for one preformence issues on lower tier pcs and consoles and two there is alreadly enough room in the houses as it is and adding more rooms would just spread out the loot even further then it alreadly is.

More building and infected types would be most welcoming,as for the bars on some room doors i agree they need to be accessible or just taken out of the game,you can actually get in to a few of them by being knocked out near/through them,much harder to get back out though lol

There is an orthodox cross in the confines of Devil's Castle, twice visited, there were ruined fruits dropped aside the fixed flowers there.

i was thnking itd be cool if they "unlocked" a few of those barred doors in different houses n such for new patches. just one or 2. itd be so cool to just be wandering through a house and go up the stairs, which people hardly do anymore, and being able to open that door and have a new room to check out.

That second spot is a memorial to a player who died and that is where they last logged out before there sad passing

Wait does anyone have any info about that Pobeda Dam stone circle? Cause I have lived at the red house there many a time and never seen that while looking for stones. That circle is right on my old loot path. I haven't lived there in about 8 months. Can anyone confirm that the stone circle was there like a year ago?
