Mai ek chota sa thekadar hu aap ne jitni baat natai us me aap ne jo 18 baat batai. Mai usme 17 tak karbata hu but laping me rin ka distance 3inc ye mughe nahi pata tha Thanks.

8*4 ki brick it se kar rhe ho tab beam ki size kya hona chahiye

यदि बेस बीम बनाकर 9 इंच की दीवाल बनाए पूरा ढांचा पिलर बीम पर हो तो दोनो के खर्च मे कितना अंतर आयेगा और मजबूती किसमे रहेगी

अच्छा सिर्फ चारो साइड से ग्राउंड बीम दे के कुर्सी बांध के बिच मे खाली छोड़ के मिट्टी भरने के बाद 4 फ़ीट पर फिर से 9×9 इंच का बीम बांध के ऊपर दीवाल खड़ा कर सकते बिच मे ग्राउंड बीम नहीं देंगे सिर्फ ऊपर मे देंगे ।

इतनी गाइड लाइन अगर मिडिल क्लास वाला आदमी फॉलो करेगा तो मकान बनाने से पहले ही उसकी जेब खाली हो जाएगी आधे काम फिनिश होने तक यह चोचले बाजी आमिरो के मकानों के लिया है

9ft to 12ft is the standard size of a room 6ft is too small....it seems like they don't have any knowledge about building structure

Can i het a map plan for west facing 20'×44' plot having 2 bedrooms with attached bathroom for each room out of which one bathroom should have entry from drawing room too one kitchen one drawing room staircase for one storey construction with a provision for one more storey in future. Plot needs earth filling 4 feet upto road lev😊el and 4 feet upto plinth beam....should we use ground beam and plinth beam both or only plinth beam

This is one of the complete and well scripted presentation... We understand... But trust me it's difficult to find such thekedar the way you explain... Ab toe kisi ka kaam pasand nahi atta... They give 1000 arguments... I left my 2 architects ... Thekkadar bhi change karna padega... Kitna dimag kharab Karo...

So true! I'm facing the same issues. After watching useful KZread videos like this, I gained good knowledge. But if you try to tell the contractor they say that they have been doing this for 40 years and blah blah blah and say that don't come to us with your "Google knowledge"😢

Or saath hi sath us Ghar me jyada din Tak Zinda rehne ki bhi guarantee milegi 😅 I hv been struggling with the same issue, it's been a year & I didn't get any wise contractor(thekedaar) yet !

​@@nigeldcruz when I ask those thekedaars to show me their past constructions which's atleast 10 years old , they suddenly starts making excuses they make us fool by showing their recent works only ! Bcoz mistake they are intentionally making while construction to save labour cost will going to show the result after 9-10 years like wall cracks, damping etc

आपने तो बता दिया आपके रूपए नहीं लगाए घर बनाने वाला यू ट्यूब वाले की मान ले ना घर का मालिक बर्बाद हो जायेगा कभी आपने घर बनाया है इशा जो आप बता रहे हैं सारा रुपया तो सरिया बीम मे लगा देगा घर क्या धक्का बनाएगा यू ट्यूब आले तो जहाँ 12 लाख लगेगें 29×48 मे यू ट्यूब आले 25 लाख लगा वह देगे कोई मत मानना आपने हिसाब से काम करना
