You are very gifted Spencer thanks for the comments about my wife's birthday . I love Couperin's music so deep and spiritual.

Lovely pavane. So Spencer is now restoring harpsichords?! Cats love baroque music. It fits their calm temperament. I believe that they have their musical preferences too. My current cat prefers Bach; my last cat preferred Vivaldi. Smart creatures!

I, Xiang-Xiang, use the name Spencer on Facebook. More people know me by that name.

What a nice collection of instruments on your channel! Impressive! Are they all in your own home? Really very nice, and also great to hear such a diversity of pieces and composers, played on clavichord, harpsichord, and grand piano 👍🏻🎹 Kind regards, greetings from The Netherlands, Simon

Thanks! They’re divided up into projects or functioning instruments. Depending upon what work is needed, I take them to the shop

I love watching your cat's reactions to the music. Interesting instrument. Looks like a "broken" bass octave? Do you know if Jack Peters is still active? A local treasure in the Seattle region.

Just a short octave, no splits. Jack Peters has long since retired, and has been in an assisted living facility for the last several years. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting him twice. He has made some really nice instruments over his very long career. I’m happy to say I’ve owned several, and now this quite nice double.
