At that price point, no excuse that the dryer isn’t vented outside properly already instead of the buyer having to rig something. Same with plastic sinks in the bathrooms - no excuse. The half bath door should be a sliding door so it doesn’t hit the washer and dryer set up.

The Raptor and Fuzion have the steps off the side of the ramp patio . That’s why they probably have the legs cause you need to disconnect the cable . The momentum steps are off the back so the cables can stay. That’s just my opinion

So, for this exact model, if there is a washer set up then the access to the half bath is blocked. This makes zero sense!

How many hours did you drive to get to that RV Center? Does not sound like you are being adequately compensated for your time, resources, and effort.

great looking unit. Definitely have to consider that one next year. I Have a question though, something I've always wondered about, Those trailers with the kitchen....bathroom...AND slide out wardrobe on one side .....don't they become an issue with weight distribution? Seems like it would all be to the one side

On the outside its beautiful. Once you own it.. it becomes a nightmare. Customer service is rude and hangs up on you. The 3 season patio is actually a no season patio. Finger gaps all the way around allows water, wind and bugs in EASILY. Grand design does not stand behind their rigs. 30 days after I bought a 2023 and they refuse to fix anything. I'm selling and going to brinkley

Those D rings might be rated for 5000 but are only ever tested at 2500. So grand design is actually just being honest with people so they don’t overload things. Actually if you talk to the Jayco folks, You’ll learn that they put those D rings through a lot of testing but could not find a test to actually test 5000 pounds on those D rings. so you’ll notice Jayco rates their D rings at 2500, That is what responsible companies do. I’d buy that model by, but I’m in OK. All the best.

Its insane that over the last 10 years nothing has really changed short of the layout and a few gimmicks to draw your attention in travel trailers. They still look cheaply made, cut corners (like the pinbox, narrower stairs, no bedroom TV, plastic sinks, weak tie-downs, no washer/dryer) and cost top dollar.. like $160k for that? We as consumers need to start expecting more from our money.

If you look up a 2013 RV and a 2023, there are literally dozens and dozens of changes. I really don’t know how you feel there are no changes.

Is it possible to do a side stair on the deck?

2nd bathroom can be made into full bathroom, horizontaly?

Does anybody know the wall to wall, and floor to ceiling dimensions of the garage? Floor to ceiling not factoring in the beds.

Also does this model have a rug for garage

What were the models on the keystone and the raptor? Are they the same floor plan more or less?

Keystone makes Raptor, Fuzion, Carbon, and Fuzion Impact. The closest thing to this is a Carbon 398

I would imagine they went with a basic pin box to give customer a chance to install a box of their choice without having a upgraded priced box on the rv that they would want to swap out...

How are people supposed to use the toilet in the garage when there is a washing machine blocking the door from opening? What is the point of this? You have to choose to be able to pee in the middle of the night, or wash your underwear. Not the best design, if you ask me.

why are you making a video of the momentum when you would rather sell the keystone brand, and push a different brand

I don’t care what anybody buys. It makes no difference to me. I just know from my years of experience being in sales, the number one question I get when people are looking at toy haulers is “what’s the difference between ‘x’ brand and ‘y’ brand?” Because it gets repetitive answering those questions over and over and over and over again with different people, I try to show it through the videos for everyone to see.

I love to watch all the videos on the RV’s but it really gets old the way you put down the Grand Design units and always seem to say a keystone is better. I’m glad you finally pointed out a more neutral opinion a few times in this video. They all need improving but to constantly hear you bash the Grand Design gets super old. I like my Keystone but it certainly has issues like all rv’s. The videos would be more enjoyable if you didn’t constantly bash another manufacturer. Just saying!

I apologize if it feels like I’m bashing them. I certainly don’t mean to as it’s something I sell and just want people to be happy with what they chose best fits their needs. And I try to point out the differences between things to help people out since that’s probably my most common question is people asking differences from one brand to another which typically only comes down to a few small things here and there which I try to show in the videos.

I don’t see it as bashing as much as contrasting. Contrasting is important.. next time you’re on an RV lot, pay attention to how many questions you ask the salesman about how some features on one rig compare to another that you may be interested in. I think Miles is just trying to address those questions upfront.

@@josesamaniego874 that’s exactly right. Literally had a phone conversation with a customer today that started with “what’s the difference between a Raptor and a Momentum? Which is better?” Happens all the time.

I would think with over 75 thousand subscribers your company could at least pay for your gas and lunch. ;-)
