Very cool house but i can't ignore there's no elevator which is a strange decision to make for a property that's supposed to "have it all", Could be a deal breaker for this type of clients. Also, a roof top would have been the icing on the cake to really take advantage of that view!

I did the sewer for this house , it was one of the most ist difficult sewer we ever done since the house sits on a vein rock ,not to mention is probably 18 f at the sewer main connection at the manhole next to the drive way, probably the new home owners maintenance guy will apriciate this message if they ever have to dig their sewer up again , but 100% guarantee they wont

Today is sunny, and warm...AND there isn't anything wrong with the girls here. They are more numerous than the males, few cities have a girl's name. ...But please tell me...What is it about the CA Gun laws, that you so disapprove of?
