The best Cathedral Group...ever...perfect blend of voices and GOOD guys.

I loved every version (lineup) of the Cathedrals, and my sentimental favorites were the ones from the early 70s when I first saw them as a boy. But there is no denying....this lineup of George, Glen, Mark, Danny, and Roger.....was absolutely STACKED with talent, AND presented an unmatched anointing of the Holy Spirit!

My favorite group of all time , PERIOD !!!!!!

BEST GOSPEL GROUP EVER EVER EVER!!!! THEY BLESS MY HEART EVERY TIME I HEAR THEM!!!! GONE TO SOON ON THIS SIDE FOR ME TO SEE THEM, BUT I KNOW WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT ILL SEE THESE GREAT GUYS SOON IN GLORY LAND!!!

I remember over 30 years ago my cousin talked me into going to see The Cathedrals. At the time i really didn't like them. But after seeing and hearing them in person and Georges jokes. He told that he had a heart attack and now he cries about anything. Glen said yeah we lost him the other day and we found him in a phone booth reading the pages crying his eyes out. It was great. Their singing was wonderful and ive been a big fan ever since

George and Glen have long passed and still God uses them to grab our heartstrings..PTL oh how they bless me🙏😊

Roger Bennett is with them in heaven now as well. Roger grew up about 45 miles north of my hometown. Mark Trammell and I were born in the same hospital. He is several years older than I am but when he and his brother Jerry who sang with the Florida Boys and JD Sumner and The Stamps Quartet lived in my county where their Father pastored a Baptist church there.

Awesome! Video just can’t relay how awesome they were in person. Those low notes that George hit would rattle the whole room. It was amazing to see as a young kid.

I've said it before and probably will again. Anyone who says a Christian is boring and no fun needs to watch some of the Cathedrals videos!!! GOD gave us the ability to laugh and smile. And I'm sure HE is pleased to see us enjoy ourselves in having some good clean fun!

Awesome. The only thing wrong with this video is the date. It would have had to been 1984 because Kirk Talley was with the group until the end of '83.

Why didn’t Ernie or any other tenner try their hand at somebody touched me was that a written role that Danny was the only one who could ever sing it?

Does anyone know who is the trumpet player?
