    Favorite quote from Bill gates : “I choose a lazy person to do a hard job. Because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it.” Basically Find something that most people generally dislike doing and make an easier way to do it.Then patent and sell your idea. You think we would have washing machines today if people felt like washing clothes by hand?

    This teenager presents himself in a fashion that I don't always see in adults. Logical answers to questions, correct posture, hand motions present flow. Good for this kid. I hope he continues to educate himself and move even further in life.

    The difference is action. How many of us thought "please give me only what I want, and don't make it too long" - this kid took the path of action, and not only that of wish and wish list. Great kid!

    rimle Well minecraft's revenue has been growing and I think Microsoft was the right one to purchase it too. They can appreciate the game and continue to grow it. It's expanding into the education business too. I personally think this was a good purchase for Microsoft, because they can do things that Mojang couldn't have done on its own.

    Guys, everybody has potential, some are born with starter packs, some are not. Some choose not to achieve what they don’t know they can. Money isn’t the only starter pack. Good parents, access to education. In Toronto, you can be completely broke, but still get education till high school.

    I don't know the story behind this, but when large companies buy out apps like this it's usually because the app had lots and lots of users. That's probably what Yahoo bought. They have the engineers to build their own app anytime they want, but getting millions of users isn't so easy to do and has high value.

    This kid has never had a bad day in his life, came from rich parents, never had the stress of wondering what to do in the future because even if he failed, his parents would set him up nicely, and he'd just be a smug, jaded playboy the rest of his life. I don't respect him...and in a way, I pity him, because he'll never suffer the problems that build strength of character, integrity in most other people. Don't bother with the "jealous" comments either, I'll be finished with college in a few weeks, and it was a financial struggle that caused me many a sleepless nights, but I wouldn't have had it any other way. Troubles, trials, and tribulations make one very strong. And it can't be bought!

  • @vipergfx
    @vipergfx10 жыл бұрын

    Useless app. We know big companies are buying apps right and left. A lot of the time it's an insurance policy. Like Facebook paying 1 Bil for Instagram. It's about buying small competitors and not letting them grow past you or take your shareor your spotlight and if they do well then you profit either way at that point. Its why coke has like 500 brands under their belt. It's cheaper sometime to buy a brand for 30mil and let it sit then let that brand grow and take away 100+ mil from your sales. It's rich people business folks. This kid clearly had some connections the average smart and poor person does not, but look what he has to to look forward too, a life with no contrast and no true respect for what he does or did. With money ANYTHING can be done, I give the respect to the people who come from nothing, now that's hard work, that's contrast, that's something to report on.

    Well to make an app youll have to start with programming. I recommend starting with python. It's powerful and you'll learn concepts that can be used in other languages. Then for android development learn java and start watching videos/reading books on app development. To learn python there are good books at inventwithpython.com these are all free and downloadable

    cardnal rule don't take a loan from the bank, bootstrap the money option 1 venture capitalist if you go this route you need to have a least a product or idea does not have to be complete or launched(summly route 1). you need a plan and they may give you money for a stake in the revenue or business. 2.) complete your app launch it, you have to make sure the app is updated regularly, protected from hackers, actually works on all versions of the phone. have you noticed even the big time companies have problems with their apps constantly, and some software companies have 100 employees. the venture capitalist will come to you 2a) hire college kids they are eager to start a project not very experienced, pro's are they work for pizza and drinks 3.) summly route 2 hire a app developer free lance/ or app developer companies their is are websites that list names. But for a company cost vary from $500-$100,000+ . freelancers are negotiable but not free good luck and don't get discouraged.

    No1Survivalist Yea you look like have a good grip on game design. This may be out of the blue, however I'm looking for someone who has adequate knowledge on how to code potentially complex algorithms in order to create specific pieces of software. I'm specifically seeking a skilled programmer who is willing to create the software in exchange for upfront pay and shares in the company I am starting (the success of the company as a whole lies on me, so you're free to grab your pay and go, who knows it might succeed and the shares will quadruple!, I'm just having trouble finding a programmer). If you're interested in this opportunity message back, and I'll message you my email, thanks for reading sire.

The kid had help the kid was lucky and he has a background. Tell a kid from the slumps living poverty for years who sees the world as it is and not from a already wealthy family point of view and tell the kid why he didn't come up with the same. All it takes is 3 things. Luck Wealthy and very connected parents with investors born talent 3 things 1 out of 9M people in the world may have a chance at having. I hope the kid grows up from thinking the world is that easy.

    I am to an extend since in this cover they do not explain that he had the start up capital and that 2 mayor millionaire Japanese companies helped him sell it to yahoo and that he already has background of intelligence on the matter. So when i hear him say is easy and everyone can do it, yea ok, cause everyone has rich dads connected with rich companies and with just $300 dollar laptop and nothing else a kid from the ghetto can do the same. I keep forgetting I am the bad omen for seen hypocrisy at its finest. This kid will do great but he will grow up to be another stuck up rich kid thinking life is easy and money is as easy as going to a tree and with a stick pull cash down. Is there potential for people to improve in technology? of course an at any age as well but while you have grown man spending millions of millions of dollars coming up with an invention don't tell me a 17 year old just found a solution to the easiest lottery by just been bored havign a lot of time to himself and havign a cheap laptop. I love how people think best technology minds always start at a garage examples, apple and google. No no they didnt. Apple and google did not stat at a garage because they were nerds and losers they had a vast knowledge of what they were doing and had a backup. google everyone says started on their home garage, truth is not that fairy tailed because they started in MIT, this two billionaires had already finished MIT and with a small cash started in their basement since the equipment is in fact very expansive but people love to report only the fairy tailed part, yes a 17 year old made it look easier than winning lottery anyone can become a millionaire is all on you....right!
