I know these choices are personal but do you have any plans to make a video exploring the packages, options and colors ? Not many external colors to choose from and two shades of black :( What is the consensus on colors?

Kris, excellent review! Also with practicality. And the adjustable rear seats matter for rear comfort! But it is not traditional in this class, unfortunately Volvo does not recognize that. BMW has it, Subaru has on the Forester and some others, VW ..I am not sure. Lexus possible on a higher model.

Really is an awesome car

I have the exact same specs on my 2019 X3. And coming from a 2017 X3 I have to say BMW went well beyond anything I can imagine redesigning this SUV. Bravo, I love it. Especially on the Hwy. OMG, it is so comfortable and yet so responsive, it truly feels as sporty as my 2016 340i.

Glad you like the car so much and you seem very nice, but instead of saying how beautiful all the knobs, buttons and steering wheel is, it would have been helpful if the function of each of these had been better explained. WHY is it "super awesome" beyond appearance? More info like the side bolster or rear seat recliner comments would be appreciated.

Can you talk about how reliable of the B48 engine? The timing chain, oil pump is in the back of the engine of this new X3, So any repairs or maintenance of the timing chain related parts than you have to take down the engine and cost a lot to fix it!

Hi Kris, great review but my only criticism is , as a European, the over use of “super and awesome” superlatives. On their own, they do not explain the exact attributes of of each item that you so love about the X3. Keep up the great work 😊😊😊👍

no, bmw is not the only one with "augmented reality" , check audi for 3d view and also check mercedes for their augmented navigation

Love my X3 except for the stalling when hitting the throttle from a stop. So dangerous when making a turn and merging on to fast moving traffic!

I notice that too when I’m in comfort mode. But in sport/sport plus I never have that problem. So I’m usually on that mode when I know I’m going to rapidly accelerate

Its a way of saving gas in Comfort mode. You can turn it off. It is located on the ignition button and says off.
