I started using menstrual cup from last 7 months and its actually way better than pads and one cup is enough for around 8-10 years. It causes no rashes no discomfort and save us from the guilt of ruining our environment. I think all the ladies reading this should definitely give it a try. 😊

Being a guy i just wanted to appreciate and thank you for giving such a personal but important hacks to girls, and that too because till date most of the girls feel shy discussing such things.. and it is nothing to be ashamed of, it is just a natural and normal god gifted process to all the girls.. we should encourage such open discussions to bring more knowledge to the society and everybody should talk about it in a very normal way.. much respect and love 😇❤️
