#17: Pediatrician Interview - Lifestyle, Secret Techniques, and The Meaning of Life
Dr. Harkness is a Pediatrician at Nemours in Paoli. Originally from Philadelphia, and has been a hospital pediatrician in the past. He went to medical school at University of Pittsburgh and trained in Pediatric at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He has been with my his practice for the last 31 years treating pediatric patients in the outpatient setting. Dr. Harkness was actually my pediatrician as well, and, amazingly, I had the opportunity to work under him in a 3rd year rotation last year. I’ve had experiences with many Pediatrician’s in the past and he is easily one of the best. Dr. Harkness has an amazing way of making the children and parents feel comfortable, while, of course, being an amazingly skilled diagnostician. Welcome Dr. Harkness.

This was my favorite podcast yet. Great people, great conversations.
Am I the only person that never had a pediatrician? I always just had a regular GP. But I grew up in a town with 500 people so that's probably why lol

This was so sentimental and really cool to see! 🥹 He was your pediatrician and then you did a rotation with him in med school. Absolutely amazing interview!
