Above Scaffolding built a 50m + stair tower inside a one of the lift cores at Barangaroo T1, bolted to the concrete core walls commencing 38 levels above ground and running close to the top of the finished core walls. For speed and ease of dismantle, the stair was set up with breaks in the standards to allow crane removal to ground. The first section removed was the top 16m, and was craned through the open top of the building core to ground in approximately 20 minutes, for dismantle by 2 men.
