I went to Texas on a business trip . They took us to a rodeo in the hill country . After it finished , they were leading all the horses out . I remarked " hand me those firecrackers " ! 😂 The help had evil in their eyes . I don't think I would have made it out alive if I did it ! Enjoy the tour !

In the town of Kilsyth near where I live in Glasgow Mr Sklar , there is a road called ' Tak Me Doon ' road ,which translates into Scottish vernacular as 'Take Me Down ' road ! I'm guessing there aren't too many roads or streets in Texas , with such names over there ? It won't be too long until they name a road or street after yourself ...Leland Sklar Street ! Yes , that's got a nice ring to it ! Very fitting ... Have a good one ....thinking of Mr Bruce Knight at this time too .

Reminds me of downtown Orange when they close the 4 streets around the circle for the International Street Fair! I loved how as you were walking around and the different types of music were heard as you made your circuit! Made me think of the Beach Boys "Add some Music to your Day!"

Will be a good night in McKinney, TX. Spent Thur. and Fr. with Mark Brooks and his sister, LeeAnne, at the Walter Ginter Botanical Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Dig this, LeeAnne is an historical conservationist who spent years working at Williamsburg. And, Mark and sis love the botanical garden. Cannot imagine better guides, now friends, to spend time with. So in retaliation because Bob wouldn't turn it off, the woman's husband got into his truck rolled the windows down and started blasting Ted Nugent Stranglehold. At this point Robert on the other side came out opened up a folding chair and yelled over to me "Grab a chair this could get good."

@@randyschiffer3265 Hi Randy, Would have gotten back to you sooner but internet service was down in my area. ..Be grateful your neighbors don't scream n shout, wash their vehicles every night. I had neighbors years ago that went at it most every night around 1 am until the break of dawn. I thought about calling the cops a few times but another neighbor beat me to the punch. Besides I was afraid they would figure out it was me then both of them would scream at me THEN I would have to call the cops. It's important to have good, quiet neighbors who don't wash their vehicles at midnight
