    Jeremy viewed several apartments and the agent showed him this one right at the end as an afterthought. Lucky! It was hands down the best of the bunch, and we love the leafy garden feel that it has, along with the efficiency of space inside. If you want to see the other apartments that were outclassed by this one, here's the link: kzread.info/dash/bejne/hZqg07yAicbXaLA.html. We've looked at a lot of apartments in Siem Reap over the past 12 months, and we have a playlist if you want to watch them all: kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZWmuzM9qc7DOpqw.html. If you have any questions, please ask and we'll get back to you! Thanks for watching.

    I know that everything is crazy now because of the pandemic but is Cambodia generally easier to get a permanent stay visa over Thailand? I am a database engineer and I can work from home now and in the future. I would love to do my existing job but live in Thailand, I would save a ton of money in living expenses. I am finding it difficult to get a permanent stay visa in Thailand if you are under retirement age.

  • @ForRiel

    @ForRiel

    3 жыл бұрын

    I would say it's easier to stay long term in Cambodia than it is in Thailand. I know some expats moved over here because they became frustrated with the visa situation in Thailand. Also, if you are working online in Thailand and authorities find out, you'd be in breach of the visa conditions and I guess you could be made to pay a big fine and then you'd be made to leave.

    Let's put it this way - if you sit down, that is a situation under which a bum gun would ordinarily be used. Its use generally involves wetting the entire area including the toilet seat. :)

    They chase and bite. I definitely try to avoid them as I have been chased by packs many times. Spoke to a guy yesterday who had been bitten by a dog that lives in his alley, so it doesn't even make a difference if they know you.
