The covered layers remind me of a book I read about cathedrals where artists had made small statues, carvings, and pieces of art that would be covered over in the walls. "No one could see but God." And no one knew they were there except for the artists themselves.

I love how you do layer upon layer, I have a hard time covering up a layer. Your work is so gorgeous.
