12% exemption is for employer RPF contribution mam, for interest it is 9.5%, the rest 2.5% is taxable. Standard deductions is must (standard deduction U/S 16(i) : 50000 or Gross Income form salary)

madam i think you have missed this point but interest on provident fund is exempted only upto 9.5% only but you have taken it as 12% .

If the employee works in a private company when he received recognised provided fund intrest it's exempt up to 9.5% but in this problem he is a government employees so that the intrest of statutory providofund is fully exempt 🤝

@@devikascommercemanagement today was my exam mam and i didn't thought I would come out ,this confident from exam hall, 😍 all the credits goes to you mam❣️in very less time, I was able to go through whole portion. It's unbelievable that i only covered ur videos and some random theory from google and i was able to attempt 60- 70 marks easily and i think nothing can beat this💕once again thanks a lot☺

How the employers contribution to RPF percentage is found

Mam I am getting confusion because for the 1st sum means in this video ur saying contribution is totally exempted but 2nd video u told 12 percentage is exempt. And intrest on capital also exempted ur saying in this video and second video ur saying 9.5 percentage exempted remaining we must consider please clear this doubt

The amount of standard deduction cannot exceed the salary amount. The amount of deduction will be Rs. 50,000/- or equal to the salary amount, whichever is lower. More over that it is mandatory and compulsory deduction to any person who is getting income from salary.
