Dolesh, welcome to America. Glad to have you visit, hope you go back with great experience. JFK might looks a little beat up as it is in fact a very old airport. But rest assure, almost 20 Billion US dollars has been appropriated to completely redo the entire 8 terminal campus, including parking facilities, all roads leading to and within perimeter, etc. Might be several years project, but at the end of all that, we are going to have a brand spanking new airport. We are excited about it and look forward. BTW, Indians are super critical of Air India but I too don't think that feeling is justified. Over the last 50 years of being in America, I have travelled few times by Air India and have had nothing but very good experience. I always treated crew members with respect and without fail, always got similar respect back.
