    4:55 That's called the Dhabiyan, a custom 10x10 offroad vehicle built on the chassis of an Oshkosh M1075 with Jeep Wrangler parts. It was made by Sheikh Hamad Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan (alias the Rainbow Sheikh).
