Is it mandatory to lodge FIR?? If for any reasons we are unable to lodge FIR then can this be the ground for company to reject claim??

FIR not mandatory for every claim, only required in case of third party or self injury.

Agar Pani Jane ki vajah se engine damage hua hai aur aapne engine cover nhi liya hai to aap claim nhi kar sakte

Insurance company rejected claim due to the reason of accident collision with tree. Also due to accident co passanger airbag inflated whereas no co passanger was sitting next to me. Suppression of fact regarding injury of co passanger. Kindly provide ur valuable opinion

@greatness is coming royal sundaram. Bro i complained to ombudsman and got the justice. Though delay caused some financial loss but company's rejection reasons was quashed by ombudsman and scolded their representative over company's stand.

Claim mil sakta hai lekin, agar surveyor ne owner ko bula liya aur aap usey nhi la paye to claim cancel ho jayega, aur sath sath aapke paas 1st owner ke saare documents bhi hone chaiye jaise pan card, adhar card tabhi claim milega

No you can't renew the insurance in your late father's name, it is not legal, insurance company can reject your claim, First transfer the vehicle in your name, then renew the policy.

Sir mene 10 month pehle car buy ki ab during driving aag lag gayi mene zero depth plan liya h ab insurance company claim aprove nhi kr rhi.
