Awesome! I will definitely give this a try on my grill. My hubby was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and meal planning is very important. Thanks for sharing a wonderful video and I really love my Ninja woodfire grill.

Glad to see you have the Woodfire Gill. You made video cook Wings using a Apple Wood Rub a little while ago. I would like to see you repeat that on the Woodfire Gill with out the Apple Wood Rub, but with Apple Wood Pellets.

This thing is so versatile. Just did steak and salmon on mine last night. Smokes to internal 120 and 140 respectively.. steak rested while grill mode preheated, quick sear, all done. Eash clean up.

@@COOKINGWITHDOUG you just gotta understand the top isn't supposed to be kept pristine. Wipe it down, every now and then you can use a little oven cleaner or something... But I've never done more than that. Can't keep a smoker mint.

For them spots on the table, try steel wool #0000 the finest finest steel wool and rub in circles. It usually does the trick. The finest grade #0000 so you don’t scratch the surface.

I can't imagine you'd get very much smoke flavor at all on meat after 15 minutes. Maybe something soft and absorbent like bread or veggies, but meat?

I know you were hungry and a bit in a hurry but I’m wondering how those would be with a reverse sear? Smoke to internal temp and pull, then set the grill on high and sear. Thanks for all the work you do. And love the shout out to us type 2’s ❤️

You will have to manually clean cause this outside grill is NOT dishwasher safe, but as long as you clean a couple hours after the cook you will be fine

get some scrub daddy sponges, first brush it off with a dry sponge to remove crumbs, then take the scrub daddy sponge that looks like a smiley face and run under cold water, that will remove more debris, then take the same sponge with hot water and a bit of dish soap, now the sponge will fit in the grooves - do not put it in the dishwasher and don't wash it until it is cold - it is very easy to clean and Cooking With CJ has a video on KZread how to clean the entire machine
