Tutorial on the design of GaN PA MMICs for point to point microwave link applications. An example design for the 15GHz band on Cree's 0.25um GaN on SiC process is presented. Simulations use Keysight's ADS design platform.

A very interesting tutorial which clearly demonstrates the advantage of GaN technology in practical high-frequency design. Having produced many video tutorials myself, I would recommend Snagit as a video capture tool and Camtasia Studio for video editing if you wish to further improve the appearance of your tutorials.
