Thank you for presenting this video. It is a beautiful property. Here are some thoughts I have. 1. You are a very good presenter. I am not a brit, so your accent is a bit heavy for me, but because you are thoughtful and speak slowly I did not miss even a word. Also your pace is slow, and allows enough time to see everything, and your camera work is slow and makes it great to watch. 2. Would be nice to have an aerial map to see the boundaries of the property, since clearly the 2000 sqm is much more than we seen, so to have an idea of where the rest is, even if it has been implied. For example, I would liked to see whether it is even possibly to convert some of it to gardening, fruit trees kind of area, etc. Many thanks for a great presentation.

a very litle space...
It would be helpful if the person taking the video would walk closer to the fence around the patio to be able to see what was nearer the house, such as other homes. And, some information about the locale and town is essential. Otherwise, excellent video.
