Love the circular canvases you are using. I've been an artist my whole life and I never knew that circular canvases were even a thing!!! Thanks so much for showing me such a thing even existed!!! If you want to add an extra hint of realism, you can shade the area of the iris darker under the reflection, and brighter directly opposite the reflection. (This is because the lens of the refracts the light and shines it on the area opposite it's entry point, same as a water droplet.) :)

That’s a big eye!!! I totally dig your painted reflection with mountains!!! Before you mixed your epoxy I thought that blue mat was wet paint. Lol

I’ve tried hairdrier and it doesn’t work as heat gun. I don’t use hairdrier for this types of painting.
