We were originally skeptical about the aesthetic appeal of this 1985 Nauticat 44 sailboat for sale in Hingham, Massachusetts, but once on board, we could really see the functional appeal of this go-anywhere vessel. She's got a little damage to deal with (or the owner will take care of it with the insurance claim that's already underway) or offer a discount on the price.
