Thumbnails have not been reliable for a long time now. The spa doesn’t control the thumbnail. You have to click on the video and decide if it seems worth watching.

Hola. No deben romper la cara. Quedan las cicatrices. Yo trabajé 40 años en esto. Para no lastimar el rostro aplicabamos vapor o paños húmedos calientes, de esa manera el poro se abre y sale todo el contenido. Después se aplica frío y el poro se cierra.

This was very frustrating lol you left ALOT of gunk still In many of the places.. and sometimes you don't need to use the tool and create a stab mark, just use your fingers. That's creating unnecessary damage and cuts which lead to scars

Actually these tiny cuts leave much less damage than squeezing. Squeezing causes bruising and can burst capillaries. It also hurts so much more than these tiny pin pricks. You have to remember how zoomed in these videos are.

And squeezing whiteheads (which most of these are/were)without making the pore opening large enough can burst it ,pushing the sebum, keratin +any bacteria present into the surrounding tissues This then causes inflammation and possible infection leading to spots, spots which can/do cause scarring One of the reasons acne sufferers used to be told not to squeeze ,that it would make things worse

What happened to the ones on her ear. When you pick out the little ones you leave the pore open so it can fill up again. Get the big ones so they can heal.

The camera has magnified it. It still is her routine number 11 surgical knife of carbon steel. The 11 blade is just that in any class or case. Surgical knives are named by number and that number is the same size regardless. There is number 15 knife which is small rounded tip. There's a number 10 knife which is a larger rounded tip knife. There's a number 20 knife which is half again as large as the number 10 blade. And they all are constructed to fit on the same knife handles.
