It's just the construction cost. Add another 15 lakh for Interiors, painting, electrical, plumping, etc...

Love the dining and garden area .. simply superb ..n also ..the huge window in the hall

All okay Safety should have been considered on staircase.

Camera angle could have been better. But plan and design is good.

Vanakkam. camera view is not properly shoot. 1.Show Long shot view must 2. Then show windows doors and other necessary thing. Again mam Becz i'm watching all home videos, Everybody is going same thing. Camera is ok. Even mobile camera also ok. But shooting the view is Not good mam. Camera View Prepare & shot - Nala Kathootama irukura mathiri kattirukanga. Nala iruku veedu. Thanks.

east paththa veetu ku eppadi ma vasthu padi, kitchen la pin vasal varum? if is it north facing then it is correct... vido la north facing nu podaranga, neenga east facing nu sollreenga... Pooja room is below stair case, as per vastu, below staricases pooja room should not come, kitchen fiull ah black ah irukku vastu padi it is worng.. finally 1800 per square feet is very good deal

That space is for direct sunlight to hit the ground so that air tends to come the hottest place,if Air comes inside you shall not be worried for ventilation, humidity and hotness 👍❤️

1800 rs per sqft 1500 built up area 2700000 only but in video 35lak u mentioned could u eloborate the cost

When it comes to safety concern I really doubt

Beautiful dream house. Only drawback is bedrooms are on top. Not applicable for old people to climb up and down. Staircase need railing. No support. People may fall out. Little dangerous, way to staircase

The window is too wide. It is almost opening the hall to outside. Watch video from 5.22 to 5.25.
