This barber is more experienced than any other barber in the world. Because he uses simple equipment and what he has in his old wooden barber box, but achieved quality. Imagine if he has the money to buy more expensive equipment.

Why do u care? It’s the guy’s KZread Channel, Shams. He used to do his own ASMR. You don’t need to worry about whether he is giving funds to him. Because the man doing the shave and cut is popular because of Shams. People start worrying as if Shams didn’t pay him, you would start paying the old man for his videos. 🤦‍♂️

I'm guessing the cut end of a plastic bottle and the stone is a "wet stone". They come in various grits for rough to fine sharpening.

Hi where can i buy this straight razor the whole piece is a razor itself like a knife?

After watching a couple of your uploaded videos, there are some questions, I'd like to ask. What is the leather made of? Soap or cream? What brand? Does the razor pass the hanging hair test? Anyways, what brand of razor is that? My closest bet would be some old sheffield razor. Why does he carry a lot of razors, but uses only the black handled one? What do we know about the honing razor? Brand? Thank you, cheers!

bro from which country you are.......?bro this type of hair cutting technique are mostly used in india and pakistan during 80s and 90s ....but in india now days this technique is not in operation but in pakistan it is still in operation .....mostly leather is made up of soap and it is manufactured by local brand ,,,,,, all this equipments are of 90s standard ........... btw i am from KATHUA ,J&K STATE [INDIA]

What does all this matter? The very particular straight razor snobby hobbyists would not approve of _anything_ this poor fellow uses! But, he gets the job done! He spends more time shaving with his razor than honing it.

The razor looks like an 8/8th Wade and Butcher from around 1900s, absolute quality steel and an amazing skilled barber at work. Soap maybe a basic lanolin based hard block.
